Career Pathing gives students & community opportunities to advance careers

Northwest Missouri State University is providing students and community members with opportunities to advance their careers with the Career Pathing program.

Senior Human Resources Generalist at Northwest, Paula McLain, says the program is an chance to learn skills and experience.

"This is an opportunity for students to learn those soft skills that they are going to need on a daily basis in the workfield.  So it's a great opportunity outside the classroom as well in getting some experiential learning and opportunities to expand on their own personal development in the workforce."

The first event, "Respond", will educate about recognizing mental health concerns and will take place at the Station Tuesday and and again on the 29th.
